Inbound Tour consultant - oman He should have: Minimum 3 years' experience in the same field Responsible for selling inbound tour products to overseas clients Ensure sales targets that have been set out by the Company are met Responsible for dealing with complicated customer itineraries and costing Be in charge of handling customer requests and collect payments Liaise with tour operator companies and other key partners such as hotels and vendors regarding bookings and schedules Skills and Specifications Below are executive job skills to facilitate working effectively in this field: Be able to plan and identify target customer and company goals as well Able to demonstrate leadership Superior oral, writing communication skills in English with highly acquired interpersonal skills. Excellent IT and micro computer application skills (MS Word, PowerPoint) Should be outgoing and approachable Excellent customer service skills Education Qualification Must be a graduate preferably in the Tourism field. Compensation ranges from 400 to 500 OMR, depending upon the profile of the candidate. The company offers accommodation in a single or two-bedroom shared flat. Transportation allowance -75 OMR/month Medical Employees are entitled to 30 days of annual leave upon completing 11 months of service. Economy class airfare tickets will be provided for travel to and from the employees' home location. Gratuity at the rate of one month's salary for each year of completed service. Show more Show less
