Utazzo Services Job Description Department - Sales Preferred Ind./Sector - Travel Position Title- Travel Consultant Place of Posting - Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Total Experience-1 to 9 Years Reporting to Founder & CEO Description Key Accountabilities: - Experience in Air ticket sales and package (domestic/international) sales - Responsible for building client relationship - Preferred experience with selling International or Domestic Tours and Packages, hotels, car rentals, travel insurance, visa etc. other travel products is a great PLUS - Customer service skills and fluency in English is required - Understanding and anticipating client needs and travel preferences - Handle heavy phone volume and email conversations in fluent English - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - The Experienced Travel Professional also works with Jr. Travel Agents and Admins to ensure all related correspondence with customer is completed. - Maintain product knowledge and travel industry standards - Have a proven track record as a travel agent or a successful sales background paired with hitting monthly sales target - Discipline in work sales and admin process with time management skillset Desired Attributes 1.
