Shiloh Travel is a US-based tour operator with a global presence , specializing in international holiday packages and group tours . Our India operations are managed through Shiloh Travels and Tours Pvt Ltd, based in Kochi. We are expanding our team and seeking professional Holiday Consultants with 5+ years of relevant experience. Job Description: We are hiring experienced Holiday Consultants to manage both our India and US travel processes . Candidates applying for the US process role may be eligible for Work From Home , while those joining the India process will operate from our Kochi office. Key Responsibilities: Design and sell custom holiday packages and group tours for international and domestic destinations. Handle B2C and B2B client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and tour operators globally for best package deals. Manage itineraries, group travel logistics, and on-ground arrangements. Provide exceptional service with attention to detail and client preferences. Stay updated on international travel trends, visa rules, and destination expertise. Meet individual and team sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the travel industry focused on holiday packages and group tours. Expertise in international destinations and itinerary planning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and handle high-value clients. For US process: Flexibility to work in US time zones . Professional and target-oriented mindset is a must.
