Job Description

Shiloh Travel is seeking a talented Website Designer & IT Support Executive to join our growing team in Kochi and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in web design and development, along with the ability to provide IT support as needed.

This role will also involve migrating our current website from HTML to WordPress, ensuring smooth functionality, user-friendly design, and optimized performance. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (morning and night) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites for Shiloh Travel.
• Lead the migration of the current website from HTML to WordPress.
• Ensure websites follow UI/UX principles and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Manage updates and troubleshooting for WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Provide IT support for staff, including troubleshooting of systems, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with the digital team to improve SEO, website performance, and overall online presence.
• Create web layouts, banners, and graphics using design tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of website and IT-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Experience in migrating websites from static HTML to WordPress.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle IT support tasks.
• Willingness to work in morning and night rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
