Qualifications ● Graduate or Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or a related field. ● 0–1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry (experience in hotel/holiday/rail/cab bookings is an advantage). ● Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory. ● Strong communication, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of travel backend operations and compliance. ● Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Operations Executive – Corporate Travel (UAE Market) Location: Kochi, India Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our corporate travel operations for UAE-based clients . This position is based at our backend office in Kochi and involves handling travel coordination, CRM management, and operational support for corporate clients in the UAE market. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate corporate travel requirements for UAE-based clients from our Kochi backend office. Handle and update CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or internal CRM). Coordinate with UAE front-end teams, suppliers, airlines, and hotels for bookings, confirmations, and travel arrangements. Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel documentation for corporate clients. Maintain accurate client information and generate reports through the CRM Assist with invoicing, reconciliation, and coordination with the accounts team. Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries. Work in rotational shifts and be available for calls as per UAE business hours . Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in corporate travel operations or CRM handling. Proven experience managing corporate clients from the UAE market . Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory . Good understanding of UAE corporate travel processes is preferred . Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an added advantage. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel . Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
