Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:
The Total Rewards Professional will play a key role in shaping and delivering our global total rewards strategy. The individual will support the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s total rewards programs, including compensation structures, performance management systems, and processes concerning promotions and merit-based pay. This role will provide analytic and operational support to ensure reward systems are competitive and aligned with business objectives, while focusing on employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategically oversee the company’s performance management system, ensuring policy application, data validation, and communication of guidelines to HR Business Partners and leaders. Ensure the system aligns with business goals and drives organizational performance and growth.
  • Drive the effectiveness of PMS by benchmarking against market best practices. Compare internal practices with industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and work on pay ranges to ensure competitive and fair compensation. Implement corrective measures to address discrepancies in pay ranges.
  • Define job levels and grades to provide alignment between role and rewards, reflecting the organization's compensation philosophy, and facilitating career progression.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees and managers on HRIS system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, engagement, and training team to enhance feedback mechanisms.
  • Design and communicate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Ensure EVP aligns with company policies and resonates with employees.
  • Develop and manage sales incentive programs to drive performance and motivation. Ensure sales incentives are aligned with business objectives and market standards.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics roles, preferably with the financial services industry. Experience in a global setup or with mature Indian companies is a plus
  • Educational qualification: Master’s degree in HR from a reputed institute
  • Technical skills: Strong knowledge of total compensation data concepts, benefits, base, bonus, pay structures, incentives, and compliance; hands-on experience in managing a performance management system (e.g., goal-setting, appraisal cycles, feedback processes); solid understanding of compensation benchmarking methodologies and experience with major salary survey providers or compensation database tools; strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS platforms (Compport, Compup, PayReview) or ERP Platforms like SAP, Oracle, WorkDay.
  • Soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
