Graduate + PG / Master in Admisnistration Job Description
1. Administrative Support
Follow established administrative policies, systems, and procedures. Assist in implementing standard admin processes at your assigned site or department. Maintain transparent and ethical administrative practices in line with company values. 2. Site Admin Assistance Support the Site Admin Officer/Manager in daily administrative operations. Help with collecting data for audits and regular reviews. Report issues or challenges to the site admin lead for resolution. Maintain logs of admin expenses and share with the concerned department. Ensure cost-effective usage of resources 3. Documentation & Compliance Organize and maintain proper filing systems (both digital and physical). Ensure documents are labeled, stored, and accessible as per guidelines. Assist in tracking contracts, licenses, and permits for renewal timelines. Monitor relevant data on dashboards and highlight any irregularities. 4. Team & Personal Development Participate in training and capacity-building sessions organized for admin staff. Take initiative to learn and grow under the guidance of senior team members. Support team collaboration and share responsibilities when needed. 5. Vendor Support Maintain basic documentation related to vendor services (e.g., checklists, compliance etc..). Support communication with service providers. Report vendor issues or feedback to manager. Maintain an up-to-date approved vendor list, ensuring regular performance reviews and documentation.
