Job Description

Transport executive should have experience of 3-4 years in transport field
Transport coordinator should have experience of 1-2 years in the transport ground operations
Routeing
Should have experience in rostering
Should have knowledge of the area
Compliance Management : adherence to 100% vehicle compliance (Vehicle documentation, Drivers documentation, Cab maintenance documentation & transport vehicle compliance)
Should be able to work on the transport software
Driver Briefing Session : Weekly drivers briefing sessions needs to be conducted
Handle the transport helpdesk and answer employees queries, complaints and requests.
Should be able to handle shift independently

Performance objectives

Provide Superior Client Service (weighting 50%)
Initiative or Process Improvement in Functional Area (weighting 40%)
Personal and Professional Development (weighting 10%)
