Maintain accurate production records, reports, inventory levels, and documentation related tom A & R and production,Production monitoring, Planning and resources management skill, Manpower management and handling skillBasic Knowledge of SAP , Powerpoint and ExcelGood product knowledge of Injector and basic knowledge of technical cleanlinessPreperation of scrap data and analysis -highlights the top defect sheet to concern team members for action and share the improvement resultKnowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing-Focus to capture and minimise the Non value adding activity and wastages to improve the productivityProblem solving skill- Good analytical skill to resolve the operations topic and concerns effectivelyWorking in to shift pattern.Good leadership and manpower management skill- Ability to lead and develop the team as per organisation requirement Experience-Minimum 2.5 years experience in VT.Minimum 1 year experience of TL role in Injector
