Job Summary

The TL-Policy Servicing role requires a seasoned professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in policy servicing specifically in handling changes and endorsements. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during night shifts and must possess strong proficiency in MS Office. English language skills are essential for effective communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee the processing of policy changes and endorsements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Provide expert guidance on policy servicing procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Analyze policy data to identify trends and recommend improvements in servicing strategies.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of policy changes in the system.

Develop training materials and conduct sessions to upskill team members on policy servicing best practices.

Monitor service metrics to ensure adherence to performance targets and quality standards.

Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to policy changes promptly.
