As a Senior Purchase and Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchase and warehouse operations. Your role will involve: - Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse, and creating shipment schedules - Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high - Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organizing employee training, and developing teamwork initiatives - Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory Software - Coordinating with suppliers/vendors by email or phone for timely delivery - Coordinating with the operations team by email or phone for invoice tracking - Maintaining the records of all stores related activities in Microsoft Excel Qualifications: - Bachelors degree / Diploma certification-SCM optional - Relevant experience in Purchase, warehouse & require experience in a related field - Ability to work with all levels of company staff - Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Skills: - Social skills, verbal and written communication, leadership, data analysis, logistics, inventory management - Knowledge of software MMS, Brain Powder, Any Inventory Software - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Good Knowledge of GRN & Stock Transfer Note - Good Knowledge of Inventory Management (Like: LIFO, FIFO & ABC Analysis, Par Stock Level, Critical Stock Level) Address: B Block B-7/7 Vasant Vihar New Delhi India 110057 Salary Offers: 35000 PM Experience Level: Senior Total Years Experience: 5-10 Text Area: Hospitality As a Senior Purchase and Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchase and warehouse operations.
