Title Data Scientist

As a Senior Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting solution delivery across complex projects. Your strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement skills, and data-driven mindset will be key in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, requirements, processes, and challenges. - Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Analyze and model current-state and future-state processes using tools such as BPMN, flowcharts, etc. - Work closely with product managers, solution architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Support solution design to ensure alignment with business requirements and organizational goals. - Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking with stakeholders and testers. - Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments as part of change management initiatives. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of key business milestones. - Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. - Continuously identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization and innovation. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or business transformation environments. - Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, PowerPoint, and optional tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Wireframing tools. - Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies. - Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.,
