Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Yokogawa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Customer Order Processing: Record and process customer orders following predefined protocols based on the order source (e.g., email, telephone, personal contact). - Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Make calls to potential customers to establish contact and build rapport. - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Ensure accuracy of basic customer details in the system and make notes of follow-up actions and sales call activities. - Product/Service Information: Provide basic product/service information and address customer queries. - Resolving Customer Issues: Respond to basic customer issues such as returns and escalate as needed. - Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers using a standard sales script to understand their requirements. - Operational Compliance: Adhere to mandatory procedures to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance. - Personal Capability Building: Enhance procedural and technical skills through training and development activities. - Renewals: Support in providing service to customers to encourage continued use of the organization's products/services.
