Title Data Scientist

As a Sales Order Coordinator, your role involves verifying customer sales orders, monitoring back orders, and coordinating stock transfers to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements. Your key responsibilities include: - Verify customer sales orders for accuracy, material availability, and alignment with internal processes - Monitor and review pending/back orders regularly, taking corrective actions to reduce backlog - Draft and send emails to customers for order amendments, confirmations, and updates on material availability or delivery schedules - Coordinate inter-plant or warehouse stock transfers to meet urgent or pending customer needs - Liaise with the purchase team to expedite procurement of materials that are short or urgently required - Track, maintain, and improve OTIF performance metrics to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment - Maintain and update customer schedule agreements, planning dispatches in line with customer timelines - Investigate and close customer complaints related to material issues, delays, or quality concerns in coordination with relevant departments To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong knowledge of inventory and order management systems (SAP knowledge preferred) - Effective communication and coordination skills - Proactive in follow-ups and stakeholder management - Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude - Proficiency in MS Excel, Email writing, and ERP tools Joining our team will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,
