Job Description

As a Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly within the Software Services industry, your primary focus will be on lead generation and deal closures in the North American market. You should have a proven track record of engaging with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), System Integrators, and Digital Agencies to build a solid sales pipeline for our Product Engineering Services. Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the North American market, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will be expected to drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, with experience in closing deals worth at least USD 1M being essential. To excel in this role, you must stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management, and ensuring client satisfaction are also crucial aspects of the position. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in Software Services, a proven track record of lead generation and closing deals worth at least USD 1M in the North American market, and a strong understanding of the software services landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders, are essential. A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA being a plus. Willingness to travel as required is also necessary.
