Title Account Executive

We are seeking self-motivated professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to join our Inside Sales team. As a sales specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth. You should feel at ease with a high volume of calls on a daily basis, engaging with potential leads, qualifying prospects, and ultimately converting them into satisfied customers. Responsibilities include sourcing new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, as well as understanding customer needs and effectively presenting solutions. You will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers, maintaining a robust prospect database, and meeting monthly/quarterly sales quotas. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in inside sales, consistently exceeding sales targets, and demonstrating a strong phone presence. Proficiency in using productivity tools, conducting online demos, and working with CRM systems is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong listening and presentation abilities are crucial. The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently will be key to success in this role. This position requires working the IN shift from 9AM to 6PM.
