Quick Summary of the Role

We're looking for a Thumbnail Designer and YouTube SEO manager-Freelance for our Josh Talks Team to drive the growth of our channels. You will work with people across content, marketing, and production teams to skyrocket the growth of Channels.

Key Responsibilities

As a Thumbnail Designer and YouTube SEO manager-Freelance you will:

• Manage the YouTube channel's day-to-day operations, including uploading, optimizing metadata, and scheduling videos.
• Conduct regular analytics reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with YouTube policies, guidelines, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.
• Implement audience engagement strategies to foster a sense of community, encourage interaction, and respond to viewer feedback.
• Make data-driven decisions for growth in views and subscribers of Josh Talks Hindi YouTube channel.
• Develop and maintain the channel's brand identity and voice, ensuring consistency across all videos.
• Monitor industry trends, audience preferences, and YouTube best practices to optimize content strategy and drive growth.
• Research on what content is performing well on YouTube as well as other platforms to strategize on the content requirement.
• Grow old as well as new videos on the channels.
• Ensure all operational requirements of the channels are met.
• Establish and execute a monthly growth plan, roadmap, and reporting for the above.
• Support in planning the content strategy of each channel, factoring in data from previously released videos, to achieve breakneck growth in KPIs.
• Support with data requirements of leadership on a periodic basis.

The major skills and competencies required for this role include:

• Youtube का सब समझ आता हो मतलब थंबनेल, टाइटल, डिस्क्रिप्शन, SEO, Content की समझ आदि
• दिन में लाखों बार Youtube Studio Check करने की आदत हो
• Adobe Photoshop एकदम बढ़िया से चलाना आता हो.
• आँखों और दिमाग का संगम ऐसा हो जो ये बता सके~ Market में कौन सा चैनल नया आया है, कौन सा पुराना चैनल कब बंद होगा
• बिना व्याकरणिक गलतियों के हिंदी लिखने की आदत हो और हुनर भी
• अंग्रेजी से हिंदी ट्रांसलेशन करना आता हो
• छोटे गांव और छोटे शहर के लोगों की Psychology की अच्छी समझ हो.
• कहानियों सुनना और सुनाना, दोनों आता हो
• गणित समझ आता हो, स्कूल वाला नहीं, Youtube Studio वाला मतलब Data Analysis कर सके
• Data Analysis करके बता सके कि इस Video के साथ क्या गलत हुआ, क्या सही और आगे Content Team को इसे समझा सके इतनी अच्छी Communication Skills हों
• दिन-रात Youtube Videos देखने की लत हो, सिर्फ लत न हो उन Videos की अच्छी चीजों को Observe करके अपने काम को हर दिन better करने का हुनर हो
• थंबनेल, टाइटल, डिस्क्रिप्शन लिखते वक़्त YouTube Algorithm कैसे काम करती है, का सेंस हो
• Online Research में इतना महारथ हासिल हो कि बता सके 10 साल बाद Youtube पर कौन सा Topic चलेगा, कौन सा नहीं। इसका सेंस हो. मतलब Evergreen Content Ideas ढूंढने आते हों
• Communication Skills पर अच्छी पकड़ हो कि जब भी कितने भी बड़े Creator से बात करे तो वो भी कहे, 'वाह! कितनी बढ़िया और सटीक बातें करते हो आप'
