Job Summary: The Manager – Third-Party Marketing will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing third-party pharmaceutical manufacturers and marketing partners. This role ensures effective collaboration between the company and third-party entities to expand product reach, enhance revenue, and maintain regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Management: Identify and establish relationships with third-party manufacturers and marketers. Negotiate and finalize third-party marketing agreements. Act as a liaison between internal teams and third-party partners. Product Portfolio & Launch: Collaborate on selection of products for third-party marketing based on market demand. Coordinate timely product launches and supply chain alignment. Ensure promotional strategies align with brand and compliance guidelines. Business Development: Explore new markets, regions, and therapeutic segments for business expansion. Achieve sales and profitability targets from third-party marketed products. Generate regular MIS reports and performance metrics. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all third-party activities meet regulatory, legal, and quality standards (e.g., CDSCO, GMP). Maintain documentation for audits and due diligence processes. Coordination: Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, QA/QC, and finance teams. Resolve issues related to supply, pricing, or compliance in collaboration with partners. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of the Indian pharma market and regulatory landscape. Knowledge of formulations, therapeutic categories, and pharma product lifecycles. Negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems. Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred). 5–10 years of experience in third-party pharma marketing, P2P (party-to-party), or B2B pharma sales. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Experience: 10 key typing: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
