Role & Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Physics, Chemistry & Biology lessons aligned to latest CBSE TGT syllabus for grades VI-X.
Develop yearly, monthly and daily lesson plans integrating experiments, ICT tools and real-world context.
Manage practical sessions in well-equipped labs, ensuring strict safety and accurate record-keeping.
Track student progress through formative and summative assessments; analyse data to personalise support.
Collaborate with hostel mentors to monitor residential students academic and pastoral well-being.
Contribute to science clubs, Olympiad coaching and school events, fostering a culture of curiosity.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor s degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) plus B.Ed recognised by NCTE.
2+ years full-time CBSE teaching experience at middle or secondary level.
Deep knowledge of CBSE science curriculum and assessment patterns.
Fluent English communication and classroom management expertise.
Comfort with smart-class technology, MS Office and online learning platforms.

Preferred

Residential school or boarding house exposure.
Training in experiential learning or STEM robotics.
Record of coaching students for NTSE/KVPY/Olympiads.
