Job Title: TGT Science Teacher Job Location: India (On-site) Role Responsibilities Develop engaging lesson plans to facilitate student learning in science. Implement diverse teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles. Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and assignments. Create and maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning. Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving among students. Collaborate with other teachers and staff on curriculum development. Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and concerns. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops. Manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning environment. Integrate technology into science lessons to enhance student engagement. Prepare students for examinations and standardized tests. Stay current with advancements in science education and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Provide additional support and resources for students who may struggle. Incorporate hands-on experiments and demonstrations in lessons. Foster a love for science and exploration among students. Qualifications Local Candidates will be prefered. CTET Qualified. Bachelor’s degree in Science Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification for TGT level in science. Proven experience as a science teacher at the TGT level. Strong knowledge of the current science curriculum and teaching practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Strong organizational and time management skills. Creative problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using educational technology and digital resources. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents. Flexible and adaptable to change. Strong passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. Experience with diverse student populations and inclusion practices. Willingness to engage in extra-curricular activities to enhance student learning.
