About The Opportunity

• Deliver concept-rich Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons for Grades 6-10, ensuring syllabus completion and deep conceptual understanding.
• Design weekly lesson plans, lab activities, and formative assessments that promote experiential and inquiry-driven learning.
• Integrate smartboard, simulations, and other digital tools to visualise complex scientific phenomena.
• Track student progress through quizzes, projects, and diagnostics; provide timely remediation and parent communication.
• Coordinate annual science fairs, Olympiad coaching, and field trips to nurture scientific temperament.
• Maintain an orderly, inclusive classroom culture that supports differentiated instruction and positive behaviour.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• B.Sc or M.Sc in a core science discipline with B.Ed and CBSE/ICSE teaching eligibility.
• 3+ years classroom experience as a TGT Science Teacher for middle school.
• Proven expertise in lesson planning, lab safety, and continuous assessment strategies.
• Fluency in English communication and student-centric pedagogy practices.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, smart classroom hardware, and learning management systems.
  

Preferred

• Certification in STEM or experiential learning methodologies.
• Experience preparing students for NTSE, Olympiads, or competitive exams.
