Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including quizzes, tests, and projects. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Utilize technology effectively to enhance learning experiences and maintain student interest. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Science or Education. Teaching certification or relevant qualifications. Proven experience in student engagement and classroom management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. Preferred Experience using digital tools and resources for teaching. Familiarity with current educational practices in Science education. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
