Role & Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to foster student participation and enrich the learning experience. Assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to promote academic growth. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student collaboration and respect. Engage with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and involve them in the educational process. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and educational strategies. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English or Education. Teaching certification relevant to the TGT level. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Preferred Master's degree in English or Education. Experience with digital learning tools and technology integration. Creative approach to teaching and lesson design. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with modern educational practices and policies.
