TGT ENGLISH TEACHER

Job Title: TGT English Teacher.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic TGT English Teacher to teach middle school classes (Grades VI–X). The candidate should have strong command over the English language, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make learning engaging and student-centered.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English Language & Literature to Classes VI–X
• Plan and deliver interactive and structured lesson plans
• Prepare students for school and board-level assessments
• Develop and evaluate worksheets, assignments, and tests
• Enhance students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
• Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and student progress reports
• Integrate ICT tools and smart classroom resources into teaching
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and training programs
• Support school activities, clubs, and events

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English (B.A./M.A. English)
• B.Ed. (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/State Board syllabus
• Ability to engage and motivate adolescent learners
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools

Experience

• 1–4 years of teaching experience as a TGT English Teacher
• Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong subject knowledge may apply

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in CBSE schools
• Knowledge of NEP 2020 framework
• Involvement in literary activities, debates, or dramatics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
