Textile Showroom Manager

A Textile Showroom Manager oversees the daily operations of a textile retail space, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient sales processes. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, and driving sales growth. They also play a key role in creating an attractive and well-organized showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage showroom staff, including sales associates and support personnel.
• Customer Service: Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Sales & Revenue : Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment, and maintain accurate records.
• Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing, including product displays and overall cleanliness.
• Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement in sales strategies.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current textile trends and customer preferences to guide product selection and sales efforts.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the showroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
