1. Showroom Operations:
Supervise and ensure smooth daily functioning of the showroom.Maintain overall showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product organization.Ensure compliance with company SOPs and retail standards.2. Sales & Customer Service:Lead the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Deliver excellent customer service and ensure resolution of customer concerns.Build and maintain relationships with high-value and repeat customers.3. Team Management:Manage a team of floor staff, sales executives, cashiers, and support personnel.Provide regular training and skill development sessions for team members.Conduct performance reviews and promote a culture of accountability.4. Inventory Control:Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.Coordinate with head office for purchase planning and stock allocation.Ensure proper stock handling, storage, and conduct regular audits.5. Visual Merchandising:Oversee product display and visual merchandising as per seasonal trends and campaigns.Plan showroom themes and promotional displays for festivals and events.Ensure that the showroom layout enhances customer experience and product visibility.6. Reporting & Analysis:Maintain accurate daily sales reports, footfall records, and conversion metrics.Analyze sales trends to guide future stock and marketing decisions.Provide feedback to senior management on customer preferences and showroom needs.7. Marketing & Local Engagement:Implement local marketing initiatives to drive walk-ins and improve visibility.Build ties with local event planners, community organizations, and influencers to increase showroom reach.
