Minimum 15+ years of experience in jewellery retail, including 5+ years in a leadership role with proven experience in managing multi-store operations _
1.Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with seasonal trends, festive calendars, and consumer buying patterns 2.Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities 3.Lead showroom managers and ensure consistent customer service, stock handling, and visual merchandising standards 4.Build and nurture relationships with HNI/VIP clients and oversee loyalty program implementation 5.Coordinate with Purchase and Inventory teams to ensure availability of fast-moving and high-margin products
