Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled professional to join our Technical Analysis Centre (TEX) team, focused on Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear and Controlgear products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in products such as Contactor, OverLoad relay, MPCB, Tesys U with a deep understanding of customer applications and technical diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform root cause analysis on customer-returned products, primarily LV switchgear and controlgear.
  • Coordinate product returns to the TEX Centre in collaboration with field service teams across geographies.
  • Analyze customer issues using technical drawings, control circuit diagrams, and application logic.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical reports to global teams.
  • Identify customer pain points and provide actionable solutions through technical analysis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Continuous Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support demanding application segments such as Oil & Gas, Hospitals, Navy, and Cloud infrastructure.
  • Represent Schneider Electric’s values by transforming challenging situations into opportunities and building long-term customer trust.

Internal Requirements

  • Technical education in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in dismantling and assembling LV products.
  • Have proficiency in communication protocols like Modbus, TCP-IP, Profibus etc.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective team player with collaborative behavior in a multicultural environment.
  • Digitally savvy and fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

External Requirements

Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in a relevant technical role.

Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer is highly desirable.
