Study Smart is a dynamic and rapidly growing Educational consultancy committed to delivering exceptional results to our clients.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated or experienced Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales, with a focus on sales targets.

Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand student goals.
Regularly communicate with students to provide updates and gather feedback.
Address students queries promptly and professionally.
Offer insights and solutions to optimize performance.
Provide regular reports and updates to students when required.
Present students with a clear and understandable manner.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in any field.
Strong selling skills with the ability to counsel students and convert walk-ins / leads into admissions.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a target driven and result oriented environment.
