We are seeking a talented Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Healthcare Industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • 8-10 years of Experience in Manual and Automation Testing extensively worked on Agile Methodology.
  • Expertise in SQL, functions, views and procedures
  • Must has Expertise in FACETS or QNXT modules like Claims and Enrollments.
  • Must has Expertise in Healthcare, EDI files processing
  • Is responsible to handle the small team and should be able to resolve issues within the team
  • Should have excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Manage Testing Scope, SLAs (if any), Communication, Risk & Issues etc.,
  • Review and analyze the project requirements
  • Create the test schedule (tasks, dependencies and assigned team members)
  • Design the required test strategy in line with the scope and organization standards
  • To identify the scope of the testing required for a particular release based on the requirements document.
  • Experience in an Agile/ SCRUM development environment/process
  • Collaboration with the other Developers share the details to defects details and should discuss the application issues.
  • Understand End to End Business Scenarios
  • Understand Software Test Life Cycle and associated Processes
  • Hold meetings within the test team to make sure everyone is aware of what the fellow team members are doing.
  • Generate Test Reports for specific test cycles.
  • Interact with Testing Team and other Stakeholders when required
  • Interact with customers /SME’s/Stakeholders for Demo/Presentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with Automation team and help in identifying the test cases which can be automated, and which cannot be automated.
  • Lead, guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites.
  • Schedule the tests for execution and then they monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status, and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.
  • During test execution and as the project winds down, should write summary reports on test status.
  • Perform the review of the defects and ensure that the proper defect guidelines are followed as agreed upon with the client.
  • Should have excellent communication skills (Speaking/Writing/Presentation)
