The pay range varies from 30-35 LAKH per annum JOB DESCRIPTION • Data driven decision-making is a core tenant of Spectrum, and the SpectrumGPT team enables this process. SpectrumGPT is Spectrum’s internally developed Generative AI enablement platform that enables charter employees to leverage AI capabilities to enhance productivity. This position will be responsible for documenting and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality product. Involved in reviewing test cases for automation compatibility, writing manual and automated test cases/scripts, and test execution. Responsible for analyzing manual and automated test scenario results. Involved in a project of moderate to high complexity, and will be considered the subject matter expert for automation development and framework support. Other responsibilities will include: o Involved in test planning, writing manual and automated test cases/scripts, and test execution. o Responsible for analyzing manual and automated test scenario results. o Considered a subject matter expert for a single program/system. o Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience o Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status o Actively and independently acquires and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to address the business needs o Performs both back-end system and front-end UI triage and troubleshooting when identifying defects o Determine manual test cases that are candidates for automation o Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners o Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed o Ensure alignment between business operational strategies and quality assurance of our products o Diagnose complex issues, evaluate, recommend and execute the best resolution o Develop, modify, enhance and implement test plans designed to support new or existing business initiatives REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 5+ years of testing web-based and client-server applications • Background implementing automation scripts (on both UI & backend) • Cypress, Postman, Selenium, and/or Jest • SQL NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Experience with AI-based applications (HUGE plus) • Python • OpenAI models Show more Show less
