Job description An Automation Test Engineer with TOSCA experience is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using TOSCA . They also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and efficient testing processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA for various testing types, including functional, regression, and integration testing. Test Execution and Analysis: Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and identify defects and performance issues. Script Maintenance: Maintain and improve existing TOSCA scripts, ensuring they remain effective and scalable. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues related to test execution, data management, and reporting. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for test automation, improve existing processes, and contribute to the overall improvement of the testing environment. Documentation and Reporting: Document test cases, procedures, and results, and generate reports on test execution and quality metrics. Skills and Qualifications: TOSCA Expertise (min. 2 years of TOSCA experience): Proven experience with TOSCA automation tool, including script development, and test execution. Testing Principles: Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing. Scripting and Programming: Experience with scripting languages for automation tasks and integration with other tools (e.g., JIRA). Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues during test execution. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working in an Agile environment.
