Job Description

overseeing after-sales service operations within a specific geographic territory, managing dealer performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving service business growth

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage after sales service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction index improvement through effective warranty handling and complaint management.
Oversee field service activities, including scheduling, execution, and quality control to meet TAT targets.
Develop and implement strategies for improving CSI scores by enhancing overall service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to passenger car aftermarket services.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

7+ years of experience in
Automotive After-Sales Service
, specifically within a
Passenger Car OEM
.
Strong understanding of CSI, Customer Complaints, Field Service, Passenger Car segments.
Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction indices through process improvements.
