Territory Sales Officer

Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Officer in the Bakery & Foodservice department, your main responsibility will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for your designated area. This includes meeting value/volume objectives, distribution targets, and adhering to sales policies and strategies. You will also be tasked with calling on nominated customers, preparing monthly plans to achieve volume targets, and ensuring that all receivables are in line with the company's credit policy. Additionally, you will need to develop knowledge of the B&FS market, organize and maintain an effective admin system, and implement agreed promotions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for the designated area - Call on nominated customers in line with agreed work state and journey plan - Prepare monthly plans for specified customers to achieve volume targets - Ensure all receivables adhere to the company's credit policy - Develop knowledge of the B&FS market and organize an effective admin system - Implement agreed promotions to leverage opportunities for the B&FS business Qualifications Required: - Graduate, preferably with Hotel management - 1 to 2 years of selling experience, preferably in B2B/concept selling or the Hospitality industry - Exposure in distributor handling - Knowledge of the Food/catering/baking industry - Knowledge of the territory to be covered - Knowledge of the local language Additional Details of the Company: The company offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits to its employees.
