Plan and achieve annual budget and collection targets.
Deploy ROD plans for the branch and ensure sales phasing for monthly targets.
Drive new/focus product sales and improve premium contribution to total sales.
Continuously monitor and improve channel partner health, dealers, and distributors.
Develop network expansion, correction, and channel management strategies for each product and town category.
Cater to top 50 retailers of the assigned area directly and maximize reach (ND, WD) in all town categories.
Execute cross-functional efficiency between Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics, Product Manager, and trade marketing for smooth branch functioning.
Appoint DSMs, review and train them for peak performance, and coordinate C & F/warehousing operations as per policies.
Ensure stock liquidation and minimum stock levels as per sales forecasting, conduct competitor analysis, and use market information systems for forecasting and new product development.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and collection.
Strong knowledge of process and automation, including Tally Patch, Easy DMS, Field Assist, and Dealer Portal.
Excellent people management skills, with the ability to appoint and train DSMs.
Ability to drive channel finance and execute cross-functional efficiency.
Strong analytical skills, including competition analysis and analytics for forecasting and new product development.
Any graduate degree is required.
