Plan and achieve annual budget and collection targets.
Deploy ROD plans for the branch and ensure sales phasing for monthly targets.
Drive new and focus products in the branch and improve premium contribution to total sales.
Continuously monitor and improve channel partner health, dealers, and distributors.
Develop network expansion, correction, and channel management strategies for each product and town category.
Cater to top 50 retailers of the assigned area directly and maximize reach (ND, WD) in all town categories.
Execute cross-functional efficiency between Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics, Product Manager, and trade marketing for smooth branch functioning.
Appoint DSMs, review and train them for peak performance, and coordinate C & F/warehousing operations as per policies.
Ensure stock liquidation and minimum stock levels as per sales forecasting, conduct competitor analysis, and use market information systems for forecasting and new product development.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and collection.
Strong knowledge of sales and collection processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive process improvements and implement them effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing and developing channel partners and dealers.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
