Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve and deliver sales targets across all products through a focused approach in the Projects segment.
  2. Ensure targeted contribution of new products to the overall sales as per the desired contribution.
  3. Establish new products in the region and consolidate the market share of existing products.
  4. Identifying new markets, expanding geographies and segments through focused and continuous business development initiatives, and taking appropriate actions.
  5. Identify and appoint stockiest, channel partners, specifiers, architect, builder, oem, end users and other professionals to expand the network.
  6. Build effective relations with major customers, stockiest, agents, specifiers, panel builders,developer etc.
  7. Design and organize local promotional strategies through participation in exhibitions/fairs/stockiest meetings/electrician meets/architects and interior designer meets, etc.
