Apprentice Trainee

NAPS Apprentice - Admin.

As a NAPS apprentice, you will be trained and guided by experienced professionals, helping you build the right foundation for a long-term career in administration and operations.

Role & responsibilities

1. Travel Management

• Assist in booking domestic flight/train tickets as per business requirements.
• Support in downloading GST invoices and BDC documentation.
• Process payments for bookings with proper record-keeping.

2. Telecom & Communication Coordination

• Coordinate with service providers for new mobile connections and bill processing.
• Support international roaming (IR) activation, SIM swaps, and user detail updates.
• Maintain records and prepare reports related to communication services.

3. Procurement & Inventory

• Assist in raising Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP for stationery and housekeeping materials.
• Monitor office inventory and support timely procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and quality checks.

4. Facility Management

• Conduct office visits Perungudi and Nandambakkam locations for general maintenance checks.
• Report and escalate infrastructure-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for maintenance resolution.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records related to travel, communication, and purchases.
• Prepare bi-monthly reports on travel, procurement, and facility status.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresh graduates (2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn SAP and other admin tools.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
