Territory Sales Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet the targets set for your assigned territory. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the area. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients will be crucial to your success. Additionally, conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors will be part of your regular activities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be necessary to ensure successful product launches and promotions. You will need to provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Managing the sales pipeline effectively to meet or exceed sales goals will also be a key aspect of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory management role, is required. A strong understanding of the local market and industry trends is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior experience in the healthcare sector, especially in divisions like Critical & Nutricare, is preferable. The working locations for this role include Kothrud, Satara Road, PCMC, and Hadapsar. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day with weekend availability as needed.
