Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Prayagraj. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing the sales strategy within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with merchants, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and managing sales performance. The role involves frequent interaction with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales skills and experience in Sales Management
Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for team members and clients
Strong organizational and time management skills
A proactive and energetic approach to problem-solving
Relevant experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
