Job Description

Frequently engage with retailers and sub-dealers to secure orders and drive secondary sales
Effectively communicate and explain sales policies and schemes to dealers, retailers and distributors.
Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and weekly tour plans to the respective Area Sales Manager/Branch Manager
Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors.
Monitor and understand product stock availability at branches or warehouses.
Present updates on sales collections during weekly meetings or Monthly Review Meetings (MRM) to the Branch Manager (BM) or Regional Manager (RM).
Ensure timely delivery by maintaining product availability at dealer locations.
Conduct regular follow-ups to collect payment dues from dealers and distributors

Qualifications & Experience :

A graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Building Materials, Construction, Hardware, Sanitary ware
Working experience on SFA, DMS platforms
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the assigned geographical area.
Experience in managing dealer networks, key accounts, and customer relations.
