Job Description

Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) and electronic components , with a proven ability to drive revenue, build customer relationships, and expand our market footprint in India. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting : Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential customers in the assigned region. Client Engagement : Arrange and attend meetings with prospective customers to promote FineLine Asias offerings. Product Knowledge : Gain in-depth knowledge of PCBs and stay updated on industry trends and technological developments. Sales Collateral Distribution : Send out product information kits and make impactful sales presentations. Customer Visits : Conduct personal visits to identify decision-makers and understand customer needs. Quotation & Orders : Follow up with customers for quotations, sample orders, and work towards becoming their preferred vendor. Market Intelligence : Share timely market and competitor insights to support strategic decisions. Business Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities; contribute to organizational sales planning. Reporting & Documentation : Maintain updated records of client interactions, pipeline development, and weekly reporting. Sales Planning : Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals. Performance Management : Participate in periodic performance appraisals and goal reviews. Compliance : Follow company policies and procedures; take on additional responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech preferred). Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in PCB/electronic components in the Electronics industry . Experience working with industries like Automotive, Telecommunications, Medical Devices, Electronics Manufacturing . Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/lead tracking tools. Strong B2B sales skills , including client acquisition, negotiation, and account management. Excellent presentation , oral , and written communication skills. Proven ability to identify opportunities , resolve client issues, and close sales. Self-driven, goal-oriented , and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic . Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
