Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Kitchen Appliances
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head
Main Product: Kitchen Chimney
Other Products: Gas Hobs, Cooktops, Geysers, Water Heaters, Water Purifiers, and other

Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding market presence within the assigned territory. The role involves managing dealer/distributor networks, driving sales growth for kitchen appliances—particularly chimneys—and ensuring strong customer satisfaction through effective service and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all product categories.
  • Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Appoint new dealers/distributors to increase market penetration.
  • Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Ensure product visibility and branding in key retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and service teams to organize product demos, promotional activities, and service camps.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control.
  • Train dealers’ sales staff on product features and benefits.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure after-sales service coordination.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen appliances market (especially chimneys and hobs).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship management and customer-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 3–6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in kitchen appliances or consumer durables industry.
  • Experience handling dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
