This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities · Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the medical equipment and accessories market. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support. · Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. · Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. · Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. · Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. · Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's reach and influence. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. · Mandatory 3 years of experience in sales within the medical equipment industry. · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
