Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

???? Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell

    Wound Clot

    ,

    NPWT systems

    ,

    vacuum dressings

    ,

    specialized surgical bandages

    , and

    advanced wound care dressings

    (hydrocolloid, alginate, antimicrobial, foam, etc.).
  • Identify and develop key accounts across hospitals, trauma centers, ICUs, burn units, and surgical wards.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through active territory management.

???? Clinical Promotion & Product Trials

  • Conduct clinical demonstrations and trials in coordination with

    surgeons, plastic surgeons, wound care specialists, intensivists, and nursing teams

    .
  • Train healthcare professionals on correct usage, application techniques, and benefits of advanced wound care technologies.
  • Support

    CME programs, workshops

    , and

    hospital in-services

    to drive product awareness and clinical acceptance.

???? Customer & Distributor Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, procurement authorities, wound care nurses, and hospital administration.
  • Collaborate with local distributors to ensure availability, visibility, and timely deliveries across accounts.
  • Track distributor performance and provide them with the tools and training needed to grow the business.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Share weekly/monthly reports, sales pipelines, and market insights with the management team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

    36 years of experience in sales of

    wound care, surgical consumables

    , or

    critical care products

    .
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong clinical orientation and confidence in dealing with healthcare professionals.
  • Deep understanding of wound healing technologies and protocols.
  • Ability to manage both

    direct accounts

    and

    distributor channels

    .
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with products such as:
  • NPWT systems & accessories

  • Vacuum-assisted therapy devices

  • Advanced dressings

    (foam, hydrogel, hydrocolloid, silver-based, etc.)
  • Haemostatic agents

    trauma kits
