Territory Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager in Kannur, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the power tools segment. Your main focus will be achieving and maintaining sales targets within the assigned territory, analyzing performance zones, preparing business and travel plans, ensuring high team engagement, and executing company benchmarks and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and maintain 90% of sales targets within the assigned territory - Analyze low-performing zones and implement effective solutions - Prepare monthly business and travel plans by the 25th of each month - Maintain high team engagement and performance standards - Organize review meetings and execute company benchmarks and policies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Strong market knowledge of Kannur and surrounding regions - Good interpersonal, team management, and problem-solving abilities If you are interested in this role, please contact the employer at 7736034445.
