Territory Sales Manager

As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for managing key distributors and dealers in the territory. This includes planning and appointing distributors, reviewing their performance, fostering strong relationships, ensuring after-sales services, and resolving conflicts when necessary. Additionally, you will be involved in formulating sales budgets, executing sales schemes, managing order-to-cash collection processes, and coordinating sales activities with various departments. Your role will also involve planning and executing demand generation activities such as VLM, CS, HD, and Jeep campaigns. You will be responsible for motivating the team of MDOs, driving farmer connect initiatives, and providing support to the marketing team for ATL activities. Furthermore, you will need to train the MDO team in the technical agronomy of potatoes. Qualifications required for this position include a BSc in Agriculture, with preference given to candidates with an MSc in Agriculture or ABM. Additionally, you should have 4-5 years of experience in the seed potato or agri input industry.
