Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager at Kaizenat Technologies Pvt Ltd (ANSYS Select Channel Partner), your primary responsibility will be to drive sales within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment in Mumbai & Chennai. Your role will involve meeting and exceeding sales targets by acquiring and retaining customers within the SMB segment, specifically targeting companies with an annual revenue of less than 100 crore. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting potential leads in companies with annual revenue under 100 crore. Building strong relationships with SMB clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business will be crucial. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to penetrate the SMB market and expand Kaizenat Technology's presence. Understanding client needs to provide tailored ANSYS simulation solutions, emphasizing value for smaller-scale businesses, will be essential. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools. Collaboration with technical teams to deliver the right solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding is a key aspect of the role. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in CAD/CAE product sales, preferably within the simulation industry and SMB segment. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or Business Administration is preferred. Knowledge of SMB-specific challenges and requirements in simulation solutions, along with proven sales acumen, negotiation skills, and consultative selling abilities, will be advantageous. Proficiency in using CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently and adapt strategies for the unique needs of SMB clients are also required. Overall, as a Territory Sales Manager at Kaizenat Technologies, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth within the SMB segment by understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.,
