Job Description

🧩 Job Overview: We’re looking for a skilled CAE Engineer with hands-on experience in plastic part simulation (Moldflow) and Multibody Dynamics (MBD) using tools such as RecurDyn (preferred), ADAMS, or MotionSolve . The ideal candidate will support design validation through structural and kinematic simulations across plastic components and complex assemblies. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Perform Moldflow simulations (filling, packing, warpage) and suggest design optimizations. Conduct multibody dynamic simulations for mechanisms, linkages, and moving systems. Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability and motion behavior alignment. Generate detailed technical reports and communicate results to cross-functional teams. 🛠 Skills Required: Moldflow Simulation Tools: Autodesk Moldflow Insight/Adviser Preprocessing Tools: HyperMesh (for meshing plastic and MBD components) Multibody Dynamics: RecurDyn (Preferred) / ADAMS / MotionSolve Good understanding of plastic behavior , tooling constraints , and kinematic systems CAD familiarity (CATIA, NX, or similar) Show more Show less
