Role Description: Responsible to manage FEA tasks and provide suitable design recommendations to validate the design virtually. Responsibilities: Formulate strategy / road map for Simulation team. Sound knowledge on ANSYS workbench in Structural and Thermal simulations is a must. Knowledge on LS-Dyna, Simufact or Moldflow will be an added advantage Should know the basics of FEA and able to create hand calculation to verify the designs. Correlation of FEM results to Lab reports Should have knowledge on Plastics manufacturing processes.
